Lied Children's Museum

Heidi and I went with our friend Jen and her girls to the museum today. We had a great time, Brady tried out everything he could, even standing in the hurricane tunnel, he only lets the wind get to the 40's before he gets out! Zach looked around and then slept! There were costumes and a stage, the kids all danced. They also played in the grocery store, they had a real cast register! It was a great time!

Pool Time

Our Pool is ready for summer, but we can't wait for it to get here! I took Brady out to put our feet in and he had to step down one more stair, and then one more....making me take his diaper off and then his t-shirt.....he swam until his body was shaking, purple and covered in chills! But he LOVED it~ nothing like swimming in the shade in hose cold water!!

We Now Have Grass, YEAH

After working hard all day laying sod in the yard, Brady and Colin had to have some fun rolling down the lawn!

And of course they had to have a snack too...dry fruit loops and a glass of milk. This may be the only time you ever see these two just sitting...nice and quiet. Enjoy!

Lasagne Dish

These must be a sign, my dirty dishes, I washed this lasagne dish yesterday...we had it for dinner a week ago!! And one night last week my brother came to visit and washed a load for me. The sign must be blaring to my visitors, "HELP", I have two kids and I can not function!"

Really I am doing great, I think my hatred for washing dishes is just showing with avengence lately!

Plus who wants to do dishes when you could be holding a baby as sweet as mine?

Baseball and TV

Brady has two favorites. One is the TV, the other is Baseball. For some reason he always stands to watch TV....I even put him on the couch and a few minutes later there he is stanging again. Funny little fart. (oh he likes those too)!

Dramma bought him this backpack at Target, it came with a sleeping bag in it, but he wears is empty.

This Week

Baby Zach loves his hospital-issued binkie!

Brady loves his Baby Brother.
Brady climbed up at the park and yelled across the park, 'Wook a ME mom!' He's only about 4 inches above the bridge! He no longer calls us Mommy or Daddy, only MOM and DAD, such a Big Kid. I hugged him yesterday and he said,
'Lobe you mom',
'I love you too my baby son',
'Yeah, umm no, my a Big Boy'.
Before baby Zach we called Brady Baby Son, he no longer lets us do that!!
This morning Brady told me that I was, 'Great Hambino', so I put my hat on, but it was apparently wrong, I had to let him put it on me. I guess the Great Hambino wears his hat backwards! Then we took turns hitting the ball.

Family and Fair

Well, Courtney and Lainey were here all of last week which was great, Brady and Lainey didn't really know what to do with each other, but I think they had fun! We went to the Clark County Fair on Friday and then again Saturday night, it is our favorite thing! Brady loved the baseball game and riding the ponies, he did it 3 times!
Jeff threw a baseball 73 miles an hour (hurting his hand) and impressed all the kids there watching!
You'll notice that someone in this house is not very good at putting on diapers, as is evident by Baby Zach's plummers crack (aka Sorenson Bum).
We had a wonderful week, but are glad to look forward to a quiet day at home today....yeah right!!!
p.s. You may also notice Brady's hair....YEP, he cut it himself. He was very proud of the good job he did! Needless to say he will be having a buzz cut this summer.

Sorenson Women

Well, Jeff's sister, Jennifer, her 3 girls and his Grandma Sorenson came down for the weekend to help with the boys and spend time in the sunshine. I feel like I am on vacation I have been able to sleep in until 7 or 8 every morning and Brady has had built-in friends all day long....needless to say we will be very bored when they leave in the morning! We went to the park, painted flower boxes, and are having a great time. Here are a few pictures of us so far.

A Good Laugh

Brady really thinks TV is funny lately. Today he made me rewind Max & Ruby 100 times so he could watch a 5 second clip of Max goinf dawn the slide! I love watching him laugh!
