A lot oF Firsts

On Tuesday night Zachary rolled over for the first time!!! Yeah! We didn't see him roll, just found him on his belly! Then Wednesday at the Dr he rolled over 3 times! He is so cool. He is in the 95% for both height and weight, the average height of a 7-8 month old...not bad for 4 months! He weighs 18 lbs 13.5 oz. He has grown 4 inches in 9 weeks! WOW!!!
Me and Beaners, he loves to take pictures.And, yes ,his shirt is on backwards, he came out of his room dressed- I told him it was backwards, and he said that it was ok. We went everywhere with him dressed like this!
Zachie after getting shots yesterday.... He has to have a blankie with his binkie, so cute! He laid there like this until he fell asleep, Jeff was in Heaven.
YUMMY! First time with solid food. He ate a tiny bit and dry heaved three times!

Fish Lake, Great Lake

We had a great time at Fish Lake last weekend. It was cold and rainy - and couldn't have been better!! The boys had a blast, Brady actually caught 2 fish. When Jeff took him out on the boat he was able to hold one and then release it back, which he thought was awesome! Jeff caught one fish also....weird because everyone else caught at least 4 or 5...... Marcus swore off fishing.....I visited and played with kids......Beaners ran wild.....and Zachie was easy and sweet.

Independance

From head to toe: black beanie, Yankees jersey, undies, Jeff's shoes.

So there are a few things Brady always does for himself since Zachie was born.

1. He always gets his own glass of water (and chocolate milk if I am not looking). Meaning I can not empty the clean dishes from the machine or he uses dirty ones!

2. He likes to buckle himself into his car seat.

3. He DRESSES himself.......for the past week his outfit of choice has been his PF's (slip on canvas shoes), short pj shorts, and his Yankees jersey, which is 2 sizes too small. And yes, I take him out in public.

Today I was trying things on him to take to Fish Lake, winter clothes mostly. So when he went out to help Jeff with the pool this is what he was wearing: ENJOY!

And the Winning Color is.....

BROWN. Thats right people, I have a brown eyed boy! p.s. Angie, Awesome binkies!!!

The new picture of Christ I have added. I took the cue from Diana, thanks! We have been told in this past months ENSIGN to share our faith in all aspects of our lives. To share online. So here I am sharing....

I would hope in knowing me you would know that I have a testimony of the truthfullness of the Gospel. But I am shy, and panic in church all too often. So I would like to share a bit of my testimony with you.

I know that Joseph Smith is a true Prophet of God. That he saw God the Father with his Son, Jesus Christ, and that he did in fact restore the fullness of the Gospel in this time. I know that we have a true and living Prophet on the Earth today, President Monson, and that he speaks with God and receives revelation needed for us today. I believe in the power of prayer, and know that I am heard when I pray. I am so grateful for the plan of salvation, which will allow me to be with my family for Eternity. I know that God is ever mindful of us here and loves us. I am so thankful for the Holy Ghost, for guidance, support, and for the Relief Society. I am so blessed to have the Preisthood in my home, and the faith here to allow my husband to exercise it in our times of need. I know I belong to the actual Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and that it is the true church on the Earth today.

What a Week!

Austin
I bought Brady these ball stickers, and he stuck them to Zachie in the car! How nice of him to share!

Patio slab

Jeff was gone the first 4 days of this week so I had Angie and Austin down, which was SOoooo nice, as I only get to see them about once a year, and I got them all to myself! We had planned on swimming every day but of course it rained instead! We did go see the flower garden at Belligio, which was great and had trains, but other than that we just relaxed and visited. GREAT! I some how ended up with just a picture of Austin, (I think Angie took all the cute ones).

Thursday morning we had a crew here working on the back yard, and by Saturday it was done..... by done I mean they did all the following: sprinklers, cement slab, rock, dirt and grass! Talk about instant gratification! IT looks great and we are using it already.

When Jeff got home Friday the boys were so excited I just left them alone to play, I did snap a few pictures, of course, but man.... he was missed! I think we got bored of eachother with out Jeff here! He is so much more fun than me~~~Oh well, I am cuter. (hahaaa)

San Diego, FUN

We just got back today from CA. Jeff's boss owns a condo there, so after a short 6 hour drive we were on vacation! (our first with out extended family). It was great! We spent 2 days at Sea World, which was totally necessary, as we missed all the great stuff the first day! We didn't want to stand in line for dinner for a half hour so we ate a pickle on a stick and popcorn.....then I waited for 40 minutes to ride an Elmo ride with Brady.....aauuurrrhhhgggg. BUT he loved it, I guess that is what being a parent is all about! We spent a day at the beach, which was great, but cold. Jeff says his favorite part was when me and the boys napped for 3 hours and he watched the Yankees game uninterrupted!!! We had a lot of fun and I can't wait to go again!
